Anologue Tachograph

This half day course covers the legal aspects relating to Drivers Hours legislation and the use of tachographs.

For those new drivers unfamiliar with the use of tachographs, there is a section of the different type of tachographs and there use.

More advanced situations such as double manning and ferry crossings are also covered.

Changes in April 2007 will come into effect. The introduction of and likely impact of the Working Time Directive is explained enabling candidates to understand this new piece of legislation. A short section on the introduction of the digital tachograph is also included.  

Digital Tachograph

The introduction of the Digital Tachograph is proberly the biggest change to Driver Hours since the introduction of the Tachograph. A two hour seminar is delivered every three weeks at our classrooms that covers the change of regulations and use of the new vehicle units. A must for anyboby wishing to become a professional driver and existing LGV drivers.
